Jack Ratliff

Advanced Practice Provider
Jack Ratliff is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), with extensive experience caring for veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating complex health challenges. His clinical interests include traumatic brain injury (TBI), chronic pain, toxic exposures, rehabilitation, performance optimization, and whole-person wellness.
Jack is the founder of Renku Collective, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare and wellness resources for law enforcement officers, firefighters, veterans, and their families. He has contributed to military and occupational health research, served as a reviewer for federally funded medical research initiatives, and is a published author and educator on topics related to brain health, toxic exposures, and resilience.
Known for his compassionate and collaborative approach, Jack is passionate about helping individuals restore function, improve quality of life, and achieve long-term health through personalized, evidence-based care.
