Comprehensive consultation

For patients seeking an expert evaluation, second opinion, or personalized guidance for a specific health concern without an ongoing membership commitment.

Individual consultations provide dedicated time to take a deeper look at your medical history, current concerns, symptoms, and personal health goals, with individualized recommendations and a clear plan for next steps.

Consultations are designed for concussion and traumatic brain injury evaluation, persistent post-concussion symptoms, cognitive and memory concerns, headaches and dizziness, sleep optimization, dementia and cognitive decline risk review, proactive brain health and prevention, performance and longevity planning, and complex care coordination.

Whether you are navigating a new concern, seeking a second opinion, looking for answers to persistent symptoms, or taking a proactive approach to protecting your brain health and longevity, an individual consultation provides focused access to specialized expertise without the commitment of an ongoing membership.

$350 per consultation, up to 60 minutes

Follow-up visits are billed at the standard consultation rate.

Clinical Peptide Evaluation

Physician-guided peptide and metabolic screening

A focused telehealth evaluation to review your health history, discuss your individual goals, including weight management, metabolic optimization, recovery, or longevity, and explore personalized therapeutic options that may include peptide therapy or other physician-selected treatments when clinically appropriate.

When treatment is prescribed, Raeven Health works with a trusted U.S.-based compounding pharmacy with a local presence that sources ingredients from an FDA-registered cGMP manufacturer. The manufacturing facility is subject to FDA inspection and follows current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards designed to support product quality, consistency, identity, strength, and purity.

This allows Raeven Health to prioritize reputable sourcing and high manufacturing standards when selecting physician-prescribed therapies, while providing patients with the convenience and accessibility of a pharmacy with a local presence.

$150 per evaluation

Medication, pharmacy, and shipping costs are not included in the consultation fee and are billed separately when applicable. For established therapies, physician-directed refill visits are $35 per visit. Follow-up visits are billed at the standard consultation rate.

Raeven Resilience: Brain Health, Cognitive Optimization & Injury Resilience

A six month, physician directed program that measures and strengthens the modifiable factors associated with brain health, cognitive performance, brain injury risk, and recovery: cervical strength and head control, sleep, vision and vestibular function, metabolic and nutritional status, reaction time, and, for older adults, fall prevention. Built for executives and high-performing professionals, athletes, people recovering from slip-and-fall, motor vehicle, and on-the-job injuries, military and first responders, and families caring for an older parent.

Please note: Membership and consultation fees cover physician evaluation, care planning, and the review and interpretation of results. Laboratory testing, medications, pharmacy dispensing, and shipping costs are not included in any membership or consultation fee and are paid separately when applicable.

Administrative forms: For all appointments, paperwork completed outside of a scheduled clinical visit, including return-to-play clearances, return-to-work notes, disability forms, school or employer letters, and similar documentation, is subject to a $75 administrative fee per form.
