Raeven Resilience

Build the brain you want to be protecting.

Most brain injury care begins after the impact. Raeven Resilience begins before it. It is a prevention-first program for people who have never had a concussion and want to lower their risk, as well as for those who have recovered and do not want to repeat the experience.

It is built for athletes of every age and level, and equally for the people no one designs these programs for: accident and workers' compensation patients, service members and veterans, law enforcement and first responders, professionals who cannot afford lost cognitive ground, and older adults for whom a single fall changes everything.

A woman running, representing endurance athletes and active adults
A child in a sports helmet, representing youth athletes
A cyclist in a helmet, representing riders and endurance athletes
A focused driver at the wheel, representing motor vehicle safety and personal injury prevention
An older couple walking together, representing fall prevention and cognitive longevity
A worker in a hard hat, representing accident and workers' compensation patients
A service member in a helmet, representing military and law enforcement patients
A skier in a helmet, representing recreational and winter sport athletes

The honest premise

No one can be made concussion-proof. Everyone can be made more resilient.

A concussion happens when the brain is subjected to rapid acceleration and rotation inside the skull. No program, supplement, helmet, or mouthguard eliminates that risk, and any practice claiming otherwise is not being straight with you. What the medical literature does support is narrower and more useful: a set of measurable, modifiable factors that shift the odds of injury and, far more clearly, shorten and smooth the recovery when injury does occur.

Raeven Resilience is built entirely on those factors. Each pillar below is a domain we assess at baseline, address with a written plan, and re-measure over time.

The six pillars

Every pillar is assessed at baseline, addressed with a written plan, and re-measured over time.

The program

Four phases, measured throughout.

Phase One

Baseline & Risk Stratification

A comprehensive intake covering your head-injury history, exposure, medications, and the factors that alter recovery. We complete validated screenings, establish baselines, and build your written risk profile.

Phase Two

Foundation

Over the first eight weeks we correct what the assessment revealed, implement your sleep protocol, begin guided neck work, refer out when indicated, and address metabolic and vascular health.

Phase Three

Build

Across months three through six, training progresses and reaction-time work is layered in for your specific environment. Baselines are repeated and your plan is adjusted based on measurable progress.

Phase Four

Maintenance & Rapid Access

Annual or seasonal re-baselining keeps your data current. You also hold a direct, same-day pathway to your physician if a head injury ever does occur, with clear criteria for emergency escalation.

Accountability

What we measure, and what we will not claim.

A resilience program is only credible if it produces numbers. Yours are tracked from the first visit forward, reviewed with you directly, and carried into any future injury as the comparison point that makes recovery legible.

  • Neck function and head control
  • Sleep quality and daytime function
  • Vision, vestibular, and balance screening
  • Metabolic and nutritional markers
  • Symptom and recovery inventories
  • Gait and balance, where relevant
  • Recovery trajectory, should an injury occur

Stated plainly

Claims we do not make.

  • Helmets and mouthguards do not prevent concussion. They are essential protection against skull fracture and catastrophic injury, and you should absolutely wear them. The evidence does not show that they prevent concussion, and we will not suggest otherwise.
  • No supplement has been shown to prevent a concussion. Omega-3 fatty acids, creatine, and vitamin D are discussed for metabolic and general health reasons. Where research has shown promise, it remains preliminary rather than proven.
  • Baseline cognitive testing is not a clearance test. It is one data point among many, interpreted alongside clinical examination and judgment, never used on its own to declare anyone safe to return.
  • Genetic risk testing does not change treatment today. If it is ever discussed, it comes with counseling and a clear explanation of its limits.

Investment

Priced by phase, structured for durability.

Resilience is physiological, so it follows physiology rather than a calendar. Cervical strength, sleep consolidation, and metabolic correction take roughly eight weeks to begin registering and closer to six months to become durable. There are three ways to begin: the baseline alone, the full six month program, or ongoing maintenance once the program is complete.

Start here

Baseline & Risk Stratification

$1,500 one time

Credited in full toward the six month program if you enroll within thirty days

Phase One on its own: an extended intake and examination, validated screenings, documented baselines, laboratory ordering, and your written risk profile with recommendations. Complete whether or not you continue.

Most complete

Full Six Month Program

$1,450 per month

$8,700 over six months, or $6,960 prepaid, a twenty percent benefit

Phases One through Three delivered together: the baseline is included, then the eight week foundation block and the build block, with scheduled telehealth reviews, physician guided programming, laboratory interpretation, repeat measures at three months, and direct messaging access between visits.

After the program

Maintenance & Rapid Access

$10,000 per year

Or $900 per month, month to month, once Phase Three is complete

Phase Four: a full annual re-baseline, or seasonal re-baselining for competitive athletes, longitudinal review of your measures, continued program progression, unlimited physician messaging, and a direct same day pathway to your physician if a head injury occurs.

An extension of your membership

If you are already a Raeven member, the six month program can be layered into your existing plan at a preferred rate, because your visits, physician access, and laboratory review are already covered. It is included at no additional charge for Raeven 360 members.

$750 per month

Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, pharmacy dispensing, supplements, wearable devices, and any outside vestibular, vision, or physical therapy services are not included in program fees and are billed separately by the providing facility. Program fees are non-refundable.

Getting started

Begin before the impact.

Whether you are preparing for a season, returning to work after an injury, or simply protecting the brain you have not yet injured, Raeven Resilience can be added to any concierge membership or delivered as a standalone program following a comprehensive consultation.

This program is designed to optimize modifiable health factors associated with brain injury risk and recovery. No program, supplement, device, or training regimen can guarantee prevention of concussion or any brain injury. Concussion can occur despite optimal physical condition and preparation. Laboratory testing, medications, pharmacy dispensing, imaging, outside therapy services, and shipping are not included in program or membership fees and are billed separately when applicable. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or have red-flag symptoms after a head injury, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention.
