Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses
All sales of digital products, including downloadable guides, courses, webinars, and educational materials, are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and access granted.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@raevenhealth.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Medical Services
Fees for medical consultations, evaluations, and services are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Membership Fees
Concierge care membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified in your membership agreement. Membership fees are non-refundable for the billing period in which cancellation occurs. Prorated refunds are not provided.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@raevenhealth.com and will be reviewed within 14 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services and digital products. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before disputing charges with your financial institution.
